Steel strip coils in different thickness and widths form the source material of the production. |

The cross bars are produced on special by GI-RO Technik developed punching machines.

Bearing bars and cross bars are assembled to a grating. Under high pressure the cross bars are pressed into the bearing bars whereby the gratings gets its specific firmness. |
Step 4
Welding robots are welding the binding bar. | |

Galvanizing of the gratings to protect the gratings from damaging environmental influences. |
