To withstand extreme loads:

Heavy duty gratings

Heavy duty gratings are used when large loads are required for example as floor coverings for vehicle traffic.

Heavy duty gratings are used when large loads are required for example as floor coverings for vehicle traffic. GI-RO meets the demands of the Standard regarding heavy duty gratings (DIN 1055-/A1 and 172) by using gratings with a bearing bar thickness of 4-5 mm and a height of 30 mm to 120 mm. The bearing bar dimension (T) should not exceed 2000 mm and the cross bar dimension (QS) should not exceed 1500 mm. A single grating should not be bigger than 1,6 sqm.

For outside lying pressure locked gratings GI-RO Technik produces extreme firm heavy duty gratings starting with a height of 40 mm and with a special gear tooth system of bearing and cross bars.
