Damaging environmental influences and corrosion? Not an issue for hot-dip galvanised gratings. Surface finishing by means of hot-dip galvanisation in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461 guarantees long-lasting corrosion protection that withstands even heavy mechanical loads caused by impact and abrasion. With a galvanised finish, our smart GI-RO grating solutions are perfectly equipped for outdoor use.

Extensive surface preparation, i.e., a metallically clean surface, is particularly important for high-quality, hot-dip galvanisation. The actual hot-dip galvanising is performed by means of immersion in a bath of molten zinc at approx. 450 °C, which gives the steel surface an iron-zinc alloy and thus a complete zinc coating.

When it comes to hot-dip galvanisation, we can draw on extensive long-term experience. And given the consistent optimisation of our product range, we can perform galvanisation within 24 hours.
