Onlaid gratings
A sustainably sturdy and force-locking system – this is what our onlaid gratings form in combination with our no. 24 fixing. Gratings are placed on the cantilever arms and fixed by means of a hole in the grating's banding. Our fixing system thus guarantees maximum long-term safety.
Onlaid gratings are suitable for use in all types and sizes of cantilever racking and can be adapted for both light and very heavy loads.
Fixing no. 24 a/b/c
Our GI-RO cantilever fixing no. 24 a/b/c ensures the permanent and force-locking connection of the grating and cantilever arm, even under dynamic forces caused by the rack’s loading and unloading operations. The plane surface also ensures optimised storage behaviour. There are three different versions for different arm and base profiles:
a) up to an 8 mm arm/base profile thickness
b) up to a 10 mm arm/base profile thickness
c) up to a 12 mm arm/base profile thickness
The screw length is adapted to the arm/base profile's width: Arm/base profile width + 20 mm
Inlaid gratings
Our special GI-RO system with inlaid gratings for cantilever racking is characterised by an integrated protection against shifting. This enables assembly without additional fixings. The low installation height of the grating is also of advantage, as it enables the utilisation of the entire storing height.
The system is suitable for larger projects with cantilever racking of the same type and light to medium loads.
