KÖHLER HST GmbH & Co. KG, based in Arnsberg, implemented a flexible storage solution for a leading international system supplier of industrial fastening technology.

A total of 754 GI-RO HYBRID^® panels were installed.

The particular challenge: The warehouse accommodates different load carriers with varying weights, including applications with high point loads. The GI-RO HYBRID^® provides an ideal solution: high load capacity, reliable absorption of point loads and maximum flexibility in the use of the racking space.

The panels were supplied for a shelf depth of 1,100 mm, with a grid width of 890 mm, a beam width of 50 mm and a mesh pitch of 50 x 40 mm. Each GI-RO HYBRID^® supports loads of up to 1,500 kg/m² in accordance with ANSI MH 26.2, while weighing just 9.2 kg.

In use 754 times, for a warehouse that flexibly meets a wide range of requirements.
