GI-RO spiral staircases meet the highest manufacturing and safety standards. In contrast, our ECO type staircases are perfectly suited for one-storey to two-storey staircases in the private or industrial sectors.

GI-RO VARIO spiral staircase

Flexible solutions are our strength. The VARIO type spiral staircase is an enormously flexible solution with variable construction height and diameter. Whether in the industrial or private sector, this staircase in a hot-dip galvanised design can be used in many different ways, e.g., for multi-storey buildings as escape stairs. And because safety is a fundamental element in all our products, the VARIO type spiral staircase is not only characterised by the highest quality, but also offers the option of a protective cage to prevent unauthorised entry.

VARIO construction method:
With this flexible construction method, the landings and steps are first arranged around the stand pipe using pipe sleeves. They are then fixed by applying the specific railing consisting of a revolving balustrade made of horizontal round bars, or by vertical rods. The railing height varies according to regulations as follows: 1000 mm for overall staircase heights up to 12 m and 1100 mm for heights in excess of 12 m.

GI-RO ECO spiral staircase

Our ECO-type spiral staircase system is particularly well suited for constructing one-storey to two-storey staircases – both in the industrial and the private sector. With diameters of 1600, 1800 as well as 2000 mm, we adapt the stair type to suit your individual needs.

The ECO construction method:
The clever design of our ECO staircase system enables safe installation. The steps and landings are positioned directly against the stand pipe and bolted to it. The railing is then attached to the steps.
